The investment and asset manager Hamburg Trust has acquired the residential property “JohannisGärten“ in Hamburg’s Neugraben-Fischbek district for the special fund domiciliumINVEST. The property with 5,400 square meters of living space and a commercial area of 380 square meters offers 73 apartments and 32 car parking spaces. It is part of the “Vogelkamp-Neugraben“ neighborhood in the context of which around 1,500 residential units will be built on the development area spanning 70 hectares. Construction is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2020. It has been agreed on that the purchase price will not be disclosed. The property is sold by the Hamburg-based project development company DS-Bauconcept.
Neugraben-Fischbek is located on Hamburg’s south-western periphery and is connected with the city center via two suburban train (S-Bahn) stations as well as the main roads B4/B75 and B73. Hamburg’s central station, the university and the city center are readily accessible within less than 30 minutes. A walk to the recreational area Moorgürtel merely takes 10 minutes.
