- All Germany funds distributed as advertised regarding 2017
- High distribution also expected for 2018
In the first quarter of 2018, the real estate investment and asset manager Hamburg Trust once again paid out returns for all its own funds as advertised.
Regarding the company’s 17 own funds, the distributions for the financial year 2017 amounted to an average of 5.76 % with reference to the equity. The distributions range from 4.5 % to 7 % per fund.
Similarly high distributions to the investors are expected for the current financial year.
“The fund yield must be generated anew every year. This is achieved by the company’s asset management division, which is focused on the value-based management of the properties,“ says CEO Georg Reul, explaining the good results. “The consistently high occupancy rate of on average around 98% of the entire portfolio in particular ensures steady distributions to the investors.“
